The Clifton Bungalow Owner’s Association (BOA) is formed by representatives from Clifton, Bakoven and Glen Beach bungalow areas and is a community based organization recognized by the City of Cape Town. This allows us to have a representative at meetings held monthly with other community based organizations (CBOs) which are included in WARD 54 and share some of the same interests.
Our Association meets once a month and our long-standing status with Council ensures that we as residents and owners have a voice. Instead of fighting a lone battle to get a community issue recognised at management level, share the problem with The BOA, and we will act on your behalf or assist you as much as possible.
We take on all community matters and use our influence with the interest of the owners and residents of Bakoven, Glen Beach and Clifton. A huge portion of our work is dedicated to protecting our unique heritage status and, as such, the value of our lifestyle and home. The BOA kindly invites you to support us, by subscribing R3,200 (Clifton) and R2,500 (Bakoven, Glen Beach) per financial year, March to February. In turn, we will ensure you get a loud voice in the hallowed halls of the City Council and access to a network of support when your environment is threatened.
